I see moving back to London as a temporary thing. The city for me, is a cold one. If it’s loneliness your after, you’ll find it here. People walk in London in parallel lines unaware of the people around them. I guess running from one place to the next trying to make ends meet and when I say place it’s most likely their work or their bed. I’m speaking from my experience of living in London and only know mine so I really can’t comment on others but I’m sure some can relate. On first impression London is a playground and a jungle, and that must be fun surely? the speed of life and the power you must have, well think again it’s a hard place to live, work and survive. Most people come to London for a reason, that’s to achieve something. London is a great place to do it, It’s why I did otherwise I wouldn’t live there. London is a very hard place to live; expensive with the majority of jobs paying wages which couldn’t support the lifestyle you’d ever desire. If your completely career driven and can overcome all of these factors then why not try it It could be worth it. Opportunities in London are immense and if you’re there for that then it’s a great thing but If you only want to enjoy the perks of London my advice is to just take a visit. The diversity and acceptance, architecture, nightlife, range of neighborhoods, bars, cafes and places to see are all amazing.. but it doesn’t pay the bills unfortunately.

My name is Gavin, I'm a writer, actor, some time model, photographer and dreamer. I'm here to share my journey, which started in rural Ireland and it has now taken me to Central London. I'm currently here training to be an actor at the London School of Film, Media & Performance, as well as trying my hand at everything else I lay my eye on. I'm an adventurer and I want to take you on my adventure.
