My weekend: Photoshop & Vodka
This weekend I did two things, The first I’m more proud of than the other. I learned how to apply textures to images on Photoshop! I’m not the best at Photoshop, But! I am getting better, I’m really self taught at it. That and photography itself. I love doing anything creative and so I was drawn into it. Photography isn’t my first love though and not my main focus either. Lately it’s been all I have been doing though. I was first introduced to photography by my friend Katie, she’s an amazing photographer and her stuff is one of a kind. As soon as I shoot something I’m online sending it to her to get her opinion. It’s great in that way. We have similar personalities and eye’s in that sense although our styles differ!
The next thing I did was drink alcohol. Funnily enough I only had two glasses of vodka. Normally I am the life of the party, taking shots, drinking half a bottle of whiskey, tequila and on some occasions hanging through a clothes horse. That’s just to name a few things I get myself into. It’s funny I feel I’m growing up at 19. I do get over things quickly and I had my first so called sober night on Friday. I enjoyed it to be honest and plan on doing it again. I’m sure I’ll be tempted to go down that old road again at some stage but everyone needs it sometimes.
To end the weekend I came up with some names for our new play, the characters and some ideas for the plot. I am excited.
